Despite the numerous others he would be working on, Anthony Latona always had time for my loan application. Whenever I had any questions about the process, he would answer them promptly, clearly, and thoroughly. And as soon as there was a new development with my application, he would let me know and give me clear cut instructions on what I needed to do next. That was exactly the work ethic that enabled us to close the loan on time, and overall I can say he was a very friendly and professional guy who was easy and a pleasure to work with.

Michael Jabel was extremely professional/courteous and a pleasure to deal with from start til finish. Every-time i called he answered, and every-time i emailed he responded within a half-hour. The mortgage rate was great, and the closing costs were lower than i originally anticipated too!
There were extra forms and processes that had to be completed due to the ongoing pandemic, but i was informed of this from the start.

Rebecca and her team are phenomenal. This is the second time ive had the pleasure of working with her and both times she has exceeded our expectations. We had originally requested a pre approval letter with a modest amount. We found a home we loved on a late Sunday night that was priced higher than we had expected. Within an hour of contacting Rebecca she sent us another pre approval letter that we required to get under contract that same night. Rebecca guided us and explained in detail each step of the process from pre approval to closing. It was really great working with Eric. To start with he offered an excellent rate and explained the process step by step. He constantly provided updates time to time. When my closing got pushed twice due to external factors, he made us very comfortable by sticking to the the original commitment made. I needed a fast closing so the kids could be settled in new home and town before school started. Chuck Tegano made that happen. Chuck made this process so simple and helped with the paperwork to make it as seamless as can be. Even with a recent new job, I still was able to get a mortgage with the lowest interest rate I'd ever seen. As far as closing costs and fees, there were no surprises or hidden charges. Chuck went over everything, line by line making sure I understood it all from the beginning. All I can say is that Chuck took a stressful situation and turned it into a process I wouldn't mind going through again with him in the future.
