As a first time home buyer having Vik help with the mortgage process was a life saver! He not only got me the best rate out of anyone I looked into (from credit unions to other mortgage companies) but he took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the process and was always quick to respond. We had a pretty tight close and he made sure I was kept apprised of the status of my mortgage. Even after my close I called him with a quick question and he jumped on the phone to help answer. I would recommend him to anyone needing a mortgage or looking to refinance!

My wife and I worked with Scott and his team on a refinance that we closed in 11/2020. Working with this team was awesome in few ways.
1. They worked with us to determine the best product for our goals with the refinance. For us it was a 25 year fixed. Reduced our payment and years on the mortgage.
2. Engaged us in a timely manner to get documentation in and kept us updated every step of the way. (We always got call backs to questions we had.)
3. Very personal service. They worked with us to determine how to keep the lines of communication open. For me text messages work the best.
It was so nice to work directly with Scott and his team to get our mortgage closed on time and at the closing cost quoted. The closer even came to our house. Thank you so much.

I had a file that was more complicated than most. Business owner with multiple LLCs etc. Stephen took the time to do a deep dive into the file and was persistent with underwriting to make sure the process was as painless as possible. This file certainly took more time that a clean file and I know for sure that most other lenders would have given up several times, instead Stephen continued to assure me we would get there in the end, and we did. Hands down the best lender I have ever worked with.

When my girlfriend and I set out to buy a house this year, Iris was a great help with walking us through the mortgage process. We didn't know very much, so unsurprisingly we had many questions.
