As a first-time homebuyer who is self-employed, I was expecting a LOT of headaches and hoops to jump through. I've heard horror stories from friends who are entrepreneurs that buying a home is a headache, so I kept waiting for that ball to drop - but it never did!
Greg and his team made the buying process SO simple. He answered all of my questions as a friend would, not as someone trying to sell me something. When I had questions, the response time was minutes, not hours or days, which put my mind at ease throughout the process. I will be sure to use AnnieMac in the future and recommend them to anyone in the area looking to buy a home.

Greg was absolutely the best! Buying a home was the most stressful process I’ve ever been through. Greg did everything and anything he could to make this process smooth for me. He was always available to answer any questions with very quick response times! From the moment I applied all the way to settlement, knowing I had Greg in my circle really out me at ease during this transition! Greg was incredibly helpful guiding my fiancé and i not only through the lending process, but breaking down all the numbers. He took the time to make sure we understood everything, and answered all our questions no matter how silly they made have seemed. Greg also made sure we used our profit in the best way possible that benefited us. Amanda was great as well, ensuring everything that needed to get completed was done timely. Casually browsing Zillow, I got curious about what it would take to become a home owner. I got connected with Chuck, and in one conversation, I gained full confidence that I could do it. Every fear, doubt, hesitation I had about buying a home, was turned around in the first conversation.
