Chuck and his team were beyond any expectations in buying our second home. We used them in our first home search as well and came back for round two. They helped with every question we had ( any time of day or night ) and could not of asked for a better team to guide us along the way. It always felt like Paul and his team put my wife and my home purchase first. He either picked up the phone immediately or got back to me within an hour or two. He was extremely clear and helpful to me as a first time mortgagee and home buyer; he walked me through the entire process and answered every question.
When our closing was pushed back twice, he and his team were able to accommodate. Indeed, when the second time the closing was pushed back, it ran up against our mortgage lock, he was able to work with the lender to extend the lock without a fee.
All in all, extremely helpful, understanding, and collegial person to work with.
